SHANNON LEIGH KEENAN

Shannon Leigh Keenan, or “SL,” rejoined the Triple 7 PR team as Senior Vice President in 2021 to design and execute innovative media campaigns, craft social media approaches for the diverse client roster, and provide operations oversight of the company’s Nashville office.
 
Keenan first joined Triple 7 Public Relations as an intern in 2010. Upon graduation, she spent 6+ years with the company, first in the Nashville office and subsequently relocating to Los Angeles where she expanded her role to senior account executive. 
 
Since her return, Keenan has overseen PR campaigns for hit television series and specials; global health and wellness experts and brands; bestselling books; award-winning digital apps; and key corporate initiatives. Keenan’s decade plus career has led her to work with companies including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC Universal, CMT, Harper Collins, Hay House, Hot Topic, MTV, Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, and FranklinCovey, among others.
 
In other roles, Keenan served as the Director of Development & Events for The South Carolina Wildlife Federation and the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Turbeville Insurance Agency. She was able to significantly improve brand and social media awareness for both organizations.
 
Outside of work, the South Carolina native is a nonprofit advocate who has served on the Board of Directors for The Mary Parrish Center and Friends of Sesquicentennial State Park. She currently volunteers her time with Broadway Dreams and the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation. Keenan graduated from Hammond School before receiving her bachelor’s degree from Belmont University.
