She also serves as a consultant to start-up businesses and as a media trainer to company CEOs.

For her work, Simons was selected by the Nashville Business Journal as one of their Woman of Influence winners. The International Women’s Leadership Association also recognized her as A Woman of Outstanding Leadership.

Named after her childhood home address of 777, Simons launched Triple 7 PR with values of honesty, loyalty and respect as taught to her by her parents Bernie and Evie Simons. With a goal of creating a boutique agency experience with veteran team members, who have extensive media relationships across all platforms, Triple 7 PR has flourished for 16+ years and earned numerous client testimonials, recognition by Nashville Business Journal for their Best in Business Award, and Forbes described the company as an “experienced agency.”

Prior to launching Triple 7 PR, Simons served as senior director of corporate entertainment at B|W|R Public Relations where she oversaw campaigns for businesses, production companies, television series, and a multitude of music specials.

Simons segued to B|W|R following a longstanding tenure with NBC Entertainment. In this post she handled every genre of programming publicity including six years of late night for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, scripted and unscripted series, and event programming including movies and mini-series, music specials, and award shows.

A graduate of Princeton University, Simons honors her mother’s memory on the board of the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, supporting cancer research that focuses on both treating the disease and prioritizing patients’ well-being.
